    Hi all,
    I was wondering if anyone else here was involved in the prediction leagues which are run on the internet. I am involved in two excellent ones. The first one is an almost all-Premiership one on the following site: www.golden-goal.co.uk which has a priority basis of scoring. You designate a number value for eleven games each week. The one you think is the most likely scoreline is an 11 while the least likely is a 1 (that would be a Rangers victory on an SPL equivalent! LOL). The really excellent thing about this game is that if you get the score exactly right your score doubles. So a 1-0 win for a team that you valued at 11 would become 22 if you are right. The other site is www.ukfpl.com and is for all the leagues in England (usually two matches per division). Here you get 100 points for the right result and 300 points for a score which is exactly correct. Both sites are run on a league basis, the ukfpl one is split up into mini leagues, the golden-goal one is one massive league (I am around position 100 in that, but I hasten to add there are a LOT of people on the site - any old excuse! LOL).

    we have a fantasy football league going (check the pub)

    and if you go to the home page this site has it's own prediction league.

    yeah, I knew about the prediction league on this site and I was doing it early on in the season but gave up as I don't like predicting Celtic matches: it's too much like tempting fate!
