I heard it was to do with things outside of football … I know theirs rumors of certain criminal groups controlling players like in boxing and lawell was against that so who knows other rumor was he set up a scheme the wrong people and money didn’t come off and they wanted their money back end of the day will never know the reason but it definently wasn’t over Celtic or a supporter who done it

Parasite, thief, egotistical *, him, his son, the Strachan's and the Desmond's and anyone else who has an allegiance and believes they're good for the club, just * off now.

We may very well go on to win this league still. But that's not the simple issue here.

These guys are holding this club back from pushing on in Europe. From being able to then attract a better calibre of player.
They are short changing the fans, to their own greed.
They are no different to the Kelly's and the whites of 30 years ago. Only they disguise what they are doing with the PLC name.
They take our good money, our good reputation. It's the fans that back this club, it's what the fans bring to the club that has the big merchandise and advertising sponsorships coming calling.
It's the fans the players come to play for, along with the money that the fans pay in to them.

    * Peter lawwell, * the board and * off out of our club.

    Vermin.

Change needs to happen but it won't. So I'm sick of worrying about it.

Unless the fans take action as a group, which we won't.

The it would take thousands of us, almost the 60k there every week to hit them, the sponsors every week. In doing that, it means harming the team and club.

Still a lot of happy clappers out there. Happy to rule domestically and be a nose tip in front of the huns.

Genuinely, where do we start? 2024, what's the best way do we think to start the revolution as such? (Legit question, not a sarcastic thing).

Someone needs to start the movement properly. Enough is enough for the keyboard rants

My mate said this tonight. About not renewing his season ticket.

He's in the standing section there's about a 10k waiting list I'm sure, there's always gonna be someone ready to step in.

Hitting them in their pocket is where itll hurt most but there's too many as you say still willing to pile thousands into the coffers when we aren't listened to one bit.

They've got 70-100m in the bank.
The * can go 2 years with a big hit from the fans and still be absolutely fine as *.

We can't let them scare us in to no action.

The largest, most vocal group we have is the green Brigade and pretty sure they will have some form of protest but problem is a lot of fans already have issues with them so already difficult to present a united front

There was visible and very audible ire from a fair few supporters at the board during the Hearts home game in December. I sit just down from the board and they were getting it from many.

If things do go * up then I think we'll see things ramped up.

Hopefully we don't come to that but it is time we had proper change at board level, not just a rearrangement of furniture.

The club should've been gutted after Covid. A fortuitous appointment of Ange after our 1st target knocked us back after an unsuccessful 3 month pursuit, saved their bacon.

This happened when the GB were banned. I think a lot will back them on this.

A * situation. We literally have zero power, unless we all collectively act in what potentially be one of the biggest self acts of self harm a fanbase has ever done to a club.
Now quite EBT scale but massive.

So we literally wait it out till folk die, or they get bored, quit and sell up.

I know we don't want it to come to that but long term if it was to force change I wouldnt view it as a bad thing. Obviously want the club to be successful but we are only gonna see things change if * really hits the fan and for that to happen we need to chuck it.

Would need to chuck it, sorry. Not saying we deliberately throw the league :giggle1:

Tbh change probs still wouldn't happen it's so incestuous in there.

They have us over a barrel with STs they know if we don't renew someone will take our place.

If we get a fan movement, asking fans to boycott club merchandise would be next biggest way we could hit them in the pocket and if we make it clear that we won't buy it then sponsors will start applying pressure. I get it's maybe difficult for parents to explain to kids that they can't get the 4 new strips bcoz the club is being run by a bunch of tory * tho.

Agreed, we will need a COVID season but without the protection they had that season.

They're happy stumbling along in their mediocrity, raking in profits each year.

Even away from the state of the squad we're a mess. Academy can't hold onto talent, scouting is scattergun at best, pitch being publicly criticised by the manager and no indoor training facility. Farce.

As much I would like everyone to come together and help force some change it would require huge organisation and vocal respected people to set a plan in motion. The board know this is unlikely to happen and that Celtic fans will always continue to spend. We was * at the end of the last transfer window but sold out the anniversary kit. Many are * now but as soon as they wave something shiny in front of us we don't want to miss out.
