What does everyone think it should be considering everyone is close to returning. For me it should be

    Wilson-Mulgrew

The obvious thing will happen though, Loovens and Maj will prob play until a likely mistake will happen, Id rather lennon just brought Mulgrew back in as he is fit, Loovens cannot be trusted, he may play well for a few games but he really is a donkey and cant play out from the back. I dont mind Maj but he should be backup! If loovens gets awarded a new contract I will be really fed up, it will just be another samaras, sooner our poor CBs leave the better!

When fully fit, I would partner Rogne with Mulgrew

Agree m8, glenda should never get a new deal here, get him off the wage bill along with maj and bring in a decent cb to play alongside chick, wilson, wanyama this needs sorted soon as this is a * poor centre defence we have always ready to hit the self destruct button.

    Either:
    1.Wilson-Mulgrew,
    2.Wanyama-Mulgrew
    3. New CB-Mulgrew.
    4. Rogne-Mulgrew
Hopefully the third option though, I feel Wanyama is better in the middle of the park, but competition for places in there is so tight, he may struggle to get a regular game in there. And Thomas Rogne is still too injury prone, albeit a very exciting prospect.

Whatever it may be, imo, it's a must that Mulgrew plays, he's a player that will churn out quality peformances wherever he plays, a player of that mould really is invaluable. :50:

    This.

If we get other centre-back in we should partner him with Rogne.

As long as he sorts his injuries out.

I would forget about Rogne can hardly put two games together before he's injured yet again.Maybe he is a good footballer but we may never know because he does'nt spend enough time on the pitch.

Rogne and Mulgrew for me, although Wanyama is beginning to stake a claim for a regular starting berth at centre back, even though I think he works more efficiently just sitting in front of the back line.

I think we have to face the facts that Lenny rates Loovens because he is always playing Loovens. So I think it will be Loovens/Majstorovic. To be fair on Maj he has been playing better recently, and I think we need Maj for the Ranger's game to take care of Jellyfish.

Rogne Mulgrew Wilson Wanyama are all on a par with eachother and they really arent good enough, with the exception of Rogne who I think is excellent but he is never fit.
We need to bring 1 very good CB.

I am a fan of Rogne, Wilson, and Mulgrew among our CBs. I think the partnership should be 2 of those 3.

Having said that I understand Lenny's reasoning in playing Maj and Loovens. Maj is very experienced and playing him requires a slightly quicker guy alongside him. Wilson is hurt and our second fastest CB is probably Loovens. Rogne is young yet and Charlie doesn't exactly move quick in a dead sprint, though I think he'd be fast enough to play over Glen when he gets fully healthy.

I forgot about Vic! I like him but he's gonna learn CB bit by bit and not all at once I think.

i think maj has turned a corner tbh, he has played very well of late imo its amazing what confidence can do for a player rather than hearing that he is constantly * from his own support, just look at sammy, if maj can play the way he has been playing this month then id no longer fear seeing his name on the team sheet, infact id want it there.
