[Cross Platform] Nazi zombies.

Bout time this mode got an appreciation thread LOL

One of the grandest distraction games of all time IMHO. I know it's only a side game and is limited in it's longevity but my * it's timeless because you can always go back to it and get that feeling you get when you first played it..

This Quote from a site i use best describes it... "What the * Zombies addon captures so beautifully is the slowly escalating tension, the feeling of dread, and the inevitability of your own death. At the beginning of the game you are relaxed and confident and feel as though you could keep head-shotting the zombies all day...but you are soon stomping your feet, cursing and even screaming as you realize that the oncoming hordes are simply too much and that you will soon perish in a mass of gnashing teeth and razor-sharp claws".

They say map pack 4 is a no go as they have now begun work on the next COD (Treyarch that is,not infinity ward/the MW creators) however you would be foolish to think this is done,i would say we will see it again as an add-on next instalment of COD.

But how many of us would love to see a stand alone?

Some other discussion points,who else thinks the soundtrack is * insane? I love when you are @ around the late teens and the music kicks in-it's just banging LOL Everytime without fail it raises my own game and sees me through a couple of tough levels (especially when i must hold out for better guns)

The one on Der Riese is my fav! Gets me well geed up lolz.

I love this game, I have it for the PC.

 

I wish i could use my pc to play it mate,the amount of mods and new maps that are available with pc is mouth watering lol

TBH the ps3 needs this sort of game (possibly on a bigger scale and story driven/open world that kinda thing) left for dead is one that i wish would be ported.

i loved it . i only had the first one but it was good fun and a great add on spec ops is rubbish compared to * zombies IMO

 

Dude,don't miss out lol get pack 2&3 esp 3,der riese is the bollocks (if you upgrade to a good gun lolz)

 

It's nothing in comparison to NZ but if you complete campaign mode you unlock a museum level which involves being attacked by every character from the game.
Not as fun as NZ but still is alright.

This is the only game i actually play on the xbox, so addictive.

me and my mate were playing it on the ps3 and there was another random guy playing and he crashed out but his character was still standing in a corner or the room . when the zombies came in they kept going to him but they were blocked off by a pillar we could have kept playing for 5 hours or something but quit at about level 17.how do these people on the leaderboards get to such a high level? do they glitch then play for a few hours and keep there xbox/ps3 on? then play again and keep doing that cycle

 

cld be a game in its self if it was exspanded think its amense . highest level ive got to on it is lvl 17 but thats hard :|

 

love * zombies , though i always get stuck with some idiots who dnt know wat their doing. 1st map L15 , 2nd map L15 i think , 3rd map L21 , de reise L33 with 3 people

 

I can't get past lvl 29 on Der Riese man.. always get bad luck with the ammo fill Got a good team of folk on my psn though so one day lol

How the * do you get 3 guns btw? I've seen this quite often where everyone bar me is running about with 3 weapons instead of two.

 

when u get 2 guns link the 3 transporters upgrade 1 gun while that happening u gt bout 20 secs til it disapears , during that 20 secs run dwn the steps and get the KAR then run back to the upgrade machine and collect ur upgraded gun then u will have 3 guns , ur upgraded gun ,the KAR and then whatever other 1 u had to start with . obviously u go to mystery box afterwards and chang the KAR cause it sucks ... jg583 PSN

Best I've done in Der Riese is 29 too, maybe a third gun can finally get me to thirty.

 

the next map on COD WAW2 will be in NEVADA (AREA51) if you listen to the radios on de reise , possibly aliens

 

what does it say? and is there even going to be a waw2??

 

go on youtube m8 and put in * zombies story there loads of vids explaing the whole story , one of the radios talks bout nevada and thats wher element 115 is (THE ENERGY THAT POWERS THE WUNDERWAFFLE) , btw rictofen is the main bad guy da whole thing turns out to be his doing
