touchline conditions were diabolical today. That effects the ball players more than most.

you have just angered me so much with your last comment. i've tried to hold my anger in today but you've just * * me off.

naka is a great player but in no way has he even done half of what lubo achieved. that man was someone we really were lucky to have.

i hate * repeating myself but, this is a shockingly bad rangers side compared to the ones lubo faced and lubo certainly did far far more.

Seriously, most of the players played to good form today except maybe OD. We couldnt penetrate. Loovens was an absolute tower again. Sorry Mick but he is twice the player.

McGeady's goal a few weeks ago at CP. Forget who it was against, maybe Hamilton? Look at Nakamura's pass. Only player in the squad who's capable of those kind of passes. Only player in the squad who can * see those passes.

Top midfield playmakers don't always pick out passes. On Wednesday night, did you see Iniesta picking out deadly passes? No, because Chelsea were so * defensive there is no where to pass to and your team-mates can't make a run into space. Nakamura suffered from exactly that today.

And yes, I'd be grateful to have such a player who can keep possession under extreme pressure, who can find a team-mate under most circumstances.

Aye it was against Hamilton, a team who he has had joy against.

But he failed again to deliver when it matters. Keeping possesion is great, but he is one of our must creative players in years and in a game like this you need someone to step forward and lead the team to victory. He hid in the shadows. Why didn't he work some space and take a dig, our try a risky pass?

People asked wether he was a legend? Legends don't hide in these games, they win them for you.

I am talking about actual tangible success. Naka has been crucial to that in both the SPL and CL. BTW, Rangers playing this negative wattinatio style beat a load of good sides and got to a UEFA only 10 or 11 months ago. They look grim and play very negative but they are far from the worst Rangers team. That is a myth. The Eck sides that pipped us were bad and Rangers were very poor for most of the previous decade pre-Souness.

When it matters? Every game matters. It doesn't matter who the opposition is, 3 points is 3 * points and it's 3 points closer to a fourth title.

I'll repeat, it's virtually impossible to create chances against a side who play like that. You saw it last year with Barcelona at Ibrox, exact same thing happened today.

He won't be a legend in my eyes. But if Lubo Moravcik goes down as one, it'd be unfair not to include Nakamura considering he's contributed far more than Lubo ever did.

i don't think i'm alone in thinking it's probably the luckiest team to ever be in a european final. even luckier than the greece side that lifted the euro championship.

lubo was absolutely magnificent on numerous occasions against rangers.

also, have a look at the points totals of eck's sides. a lot better than this rangers side.

Please dont compare Lubo to Naka. Naka is a hugely talented footballer, but Lubo was in a different league. It has to be remembered we didnt have Lubo at his peak really, and he was outstanding, certainly the most gifted indiviual footballer ive seen in the hoops along with Larsson, which most people I know agree with including many "HUNS".

He was our best player but that doesnt excuse the one guy thats meant to be a dead ball expert at our club from putting in some of the worst crosses I have ever seen. Absolutely abismal at corners. :38:

yeah but all spl sides have gone tactical and ultra defensive in the last few years and much harder to beat. Practically noone plays open football against us or Rangers any more.

Its not just the last few years. Been for the best part of ten years now, I have always seen teams come to Celtic Park and play 10 men behind the ball, so that probems always been there. And if you are sayin that its just been the last few years, then why have we been concedin more goals over the last few years? than we were beforehand lolol.
