My 1st Old Firm Match

Managed to get myself a wee ticket for the game next week, chuffed to bits.

Can you remember you're first trip to an OF match, how did it go?

What's the atmosphere generally like? I'm assuming much better than a normal league game!!

mine was the cis cup match at 7.45. Greatest match i was ever at. Maloney scored the greatest goal ive ever seen in my life live and a klos(og) we won 2 nil and i * loved it. My ears were sore for 2 days with the atmosphere. Greatest match you will ever see live

 

I've got 100% success rate at OF games, only been to 3 though. First was at Hampden CIS Cup semi final 2001, 3-1 victory

Mines was 1992 Celtic Park back of Celtic end we won 2-1 Payton and Collins Hately for the scum never seen the goals again cant find them can anyone help !

If the atmosphere wasn't better than a normal league game then both teams fans would be a disgrace. This is one of the games you will actually get an atmosphere at, a lot of it pure hatred for one another though. Love it!

remember singing cheer up alex mcliesh all game, he got a ridiculous amount of abuse that night. rangers were on a really bad run, might have won once in 11 games i think

 

My first and only Old Firm was the Scottish Cup final we lost 3-2. Bad memory, but a great game and the noise was incredible. There's no derby like it in the world.

my uncle infact had a 1,000 on celtic to win that game. lol..... betting... tut tut
