    I vote for being happy over grumpy all the time, but now scientist disagree, they say being grumpy is actually good for you.

    Currently Mr Grumpy. I've been on a pretty heavy fitness regime the past couple of months in preparation of this years seven a side league. Even been avoiding booze (2 weeks and counting!) and eating well.
