    I can't understand the fuss about 2001: A Space Odyssey. boring as *, slow paced, and the ending is just *. only the middle part managed to entertain me though. movie is nothing more than mediocre.

    Lord of the Rings. Everyone seems to bang on about them movies. Do nothing for me. Lost interest quite easily.

    Same with that speccy * Harry Potter!

    same but i watched it a couple of times, it gets better

    Harry Potter - load of * and they can't act. Guess you have to read the books and I won't, rather read the Beano.

    Disagree re Lord of The Rings - read the books in Primary and the film was faithful to the books although Gandalf and Frodo were miscast I thought.

    FFS three of my favourite films are mentioned so far, 2001, The Wicker Man and Lord of The Rings. :icon_mrgreen:

    My pet hate is James Bond films - load of hooey and hyped up pish!
