Good to get a match thread fired up prior the weekend before the actual game!

In all seriousness, this should be a good content. Away to the third placed team in the country. We'll have to fight against complacency after waltzing the league.

Can't believe it's two weeks off, though.

Not been massively on the Balde bandwagon this season but I have to admit I hope to * he gets a start in this game.

    Why?
If he hasn't shown enough to the boss and his assistants in training why should he get a start , just for the heck of it . I think that would be a very dangerous road for Lennon to take .
However if he has shown up well in training I would be delighted to see him starting .

So it gives us the opportunity to see what he can do on a match day. Playing games and training are two very different things. Besides, squad rotation and giving youngsters and fringe players some game time in the last few games of the season when you've already won your league is very beneficial for the players themselves and the squad as a whole in terms of morale and harmony, as everyone has played some part in the success and the final reading of the league table.

It is a common thing for any manager to do. Alex Ferguson did it at Man U, so I doubt it's a dangerous road to go down at all, just sensible and good utilisation of the squad.

The scout who found him should be sacked for buying a guy for £2m who can't even make the pitch against teams like Toss County.

Neil Lennon does plenty of squad rotation, but maybe you are too interested in following the red nose Hun to realise . I don't think Old red nose give playtime to many of the dudes that he signed if he didn't judge them good enough . In the same way Lennon would be wrong to give game time to Balde if he felt he didn't deserve more playing time .
Ferguson didn't become the successful manager that he was by playing players he did not think good enough .

The club should sack someone who claims to be a Celtic fan and posts such an ignorant uninformed post .
No thought or consideration is given to the players, this scout may have picked out and who could have been some of our best stars . The Ciaran 67 guy hasn't checked, maybe the same scout , pointed out Victor and Virgil .
