The difference between the SPL and European football is so vast so that its quite hard to gage how close or how far off we are that level.

After the disasters against lower european level teams like Utrecht and the might Aalborg in recent seasons im not taking ANYTHING for granted.

 

im not taking it for granted, but even qualifiers are big european games for us recently and izzy never got to sample them, i do think we'll qualify for the europa league groups at least this time round tho, providing we hold on to the quality players in the squad, izzy being one of them, i think if we played utrecht now we'd beat them, just my opinion tho

 

If they want him, they gotta offer up the farm. I think it's time Celtic started keeping it's quality and making some hay in Europe.

If they were to offer we wouldn't get anything like 10m .. Aiden went for 9 and he had proven i in the CL..
I pray we can hold on to him for another season or 2 and if he keeps up his performances then there is no reason we should accept any less than 10 as we are in a good financial state and IF we qualify for CL we should be quite cooshty.

i'd say we could look for 5-7m, if Hutton went for 9m to spurs i dont this 5-7m is unrealistic.
he's on a 4 year deal so unless there's a clause that he can talk to clubs who offer a set amount there's no need to worry.

I think hes got to be player of the year. By far the best player in scotland if hes got any sense he will stay put for a couple of years and gain experince and learn the lingo first before he goes there you know what fergies like he will take him and he will sit on the bench. Hes to good for that !
