Has most fans lost faith in him, or do you still believe he can be a good keeper for Celtic? I think he is trying so hard to fill Artur's gloves, if he just plays his own game, he is a really good goalkeeper. He makes some world class saves at times, but his positioning this pre-season has been questionable particularly with set pieces, but again that could come down to him trying so hard to impress that he is making stupid errors.

I don't think he is ready to be Celtic's number 1 this season, but thats not to say he can't become the number 1 in the future & maybe even as early as next season if he knuckles down, if we can get a good keeper in on loan, then use Zaluska in the Cup competitions that should make Zaluska hungry enough to be number 1 for next season. I don't know much about this Jacobo Sanz Ovejero we are linked with, but I would prefer us to make a loan move for Hildebrand & then maybe that will take some pressure off Zaluska, because most of us were excited when Zaluska signed, because we knew we finally had a good back up keeper who could step in & we wouldn't see much difference, he is a huge improvement to Mark Brown thats for sure, & maybe all Zaluska needs is just a little kick up the *, & a loan move for a keeper would be that for him, because it would make him hungry to be number 1 & by next season he wont have Artur Boruc's gloves to fill..

What are your thoughts on it?

Meh he isn't worse than Douglas or Gould in recent history but we are in a position where we have money to spend and our weakest point is our defence and goalkeeper so i'm expecting to sign a solid goalkeeper after letting our No1 leave for a minimal fee.

He couldnt fill one finger hole of boruc's glove. he is a terrible goalkeeper.

i think he can still step up but there does have to be a drastic improvement. plus we've still got the sieve to fix, so we could probably have buffon in nets and still be letting in loads of goals due to our generally * defence over the last few seasons.

he'll be playing on saturday so lets just hope he starts the SPL with a clean sheet! :50:

His horrendous positioning sense leaves him far, far too error prone.

from the games i have watched i dont trust him between the sticks, I do remember the guy looking tidy before he joined celtic. So maybe he simply cant handle the pressure, if thats the case then he should just be kept as back up or sold and have cervi as back up since there as bad as each other. Otherwise hes just going to be a liability.

I used to think he was good, but having watched him in pre season i've lost faith. He is a decent shot stopper, but his positioning sense is awful. Really really poor!

Never had much faith in him whatsoever ,noticed to many flaws in his game when he stood in for Boruc last season.

Never thought he was good. We should never have signed him. Mark brown is probably better than him

not good enough, looks to have lost all confidence! if we dont sign a new GK i will keep the faith with him through the season, back him fully as he would be our no1 till at least January

get a new keeper in lenny bhoy!

To be fair. I have never had failth in him.

He once stated that he would shut out rangers, and celtic would beat hearts, and we would win the league, and he would be playing champions league football. What happened. Kris Boyd(the man that took 10 years to break a scoring record that took 5 years to set) scored after 2 mins.

Against St.Mirren, he seemed to like diving away from or over the ball.

This guy is never cutting it as celtic's number 1 unless there is some sort of miracle in the coming days, weeks, months. Never have seen in him what others do.
