i personally don't want to risk it for his sake and ours.if we took the chance and it went wrong where would it leave him?don't want a guy like lenny having to go through what TM did this season.hope he is assistant or gets a job elsewhere and if he proves himself comes back in the future and leads us

No, I love Lenny, but he is a big risk, and I think its too soon for him. I would rather he had an experienced manager alongside him
