whats your thoughts on the return of these players who have been missing while the team plays its best football of the season, should they both come straight back in at the expense of wilson and leadley or broon?

I think the team is performing well as it is!!
i personally wouldn't drop anybody to accomodate Ki or Cha. they went with their national teams and cest la vie theyre out of the team, thats football theyll need to wait for the other players to lose form, get suspended or injured or perform like the Hulk in training.

Lennons got a hard decision, the squad is as strong as it's been for a long time, we just need 3 right good players IMO.

A RB, a CB and a striker when sameras leaves.

i was thinking the same, with the third game against the sheep, they will be gunning for us on there patch, they wont want to get beat a third time, depend on whither they are jetlaged/tierd, def think wilson should keep his place

Ki offers a little more than Ledley for me but I'd be happy with either one playing.

Ki was our best player before he left, however he needs to earn his place back

Im Sure he will play Cha at Right Back and put Wilson in at Centre Half along with Mulgrew depending on the Rogne situation ,Ki im unsure in what he will do there ,If Brown was still playing Centre Mid i would take him out and put Ki in but with Lennon moving Brown out to Right Midfield it changes it a bit ,does he drop Ledley who played very well today or does he leave Ki on the bench for now .

I think Ledley is going to be the fall guy in all this as he is playing where Ki wants to be ,Lennon has been a bit cute here by moving the un-dropable Captain Brown out wide basically accomadating him .

I really like Kayal, Ki and Ledley. I would have said play Ledley left and pair Kayal and Ki together but we've just bought Commons for that position.

Brown is also one of Lennon's favourites, so I don't know how he's going decide which central midfield will be first-choice.

I don't think either should come straight back into the team. We're playing well enough at the moment, no need to turn things around. They need to prove it. Stick them on the bench for a bit, bring them on for the final 1/2 hour or so of a couple of games and see how they might slot in.

i cant imagine breaking the current set up.....commons only made his debut cos forest was injured...otherwise he might have got twenty mins at the end. and isnt it refreshing not to be reliant in the so called superstar (ljungberg) tho i'm looking forward to a contribution from him somewhere down the line.

Ledley was as usual so-so today. Some nice moments but plenty of the sort of stray passes that if Brown had done them would be noted and moaned about. If Brown is to remain out wide (and I am not sure that is ideal in a 4-4-2) then my feeling is to put Ki beside Kayal. Ki was far more influential than Ledley has ever been in any game. I dont doubt Ledley is better than he has shown to date but that is not really the point.

I dont think the captaincy has anything to do with Broony never being dropped. The last 5 or 6 managers with access to Brown all chose to play Brown any time he is remotely fit, sometimes even when he is not. He definately is well appreciated by football managers even if some fans dont see t.

Ledley is for more important than broon and so is Ki, Brown has been decent recently but no more so thatn our other midfielders, I would also point out that Ki has been terrific for the national team and is on a bit of a hot streak so I think he should start

A thought just occurred to me - when Cha comes back I wonder if having Brown playing wide right would be ideal for a wing back type role that Cha prefers. Brown is more willing and in some ways more able to track back and cover if Cha wants to overlap than for example, Forrest or McGinn.

Thats the thing i dont see it but these guys are more qualified than me ,i would like to think that ive been around long enough to know a player when you see one and now in his 3 rd season im still waiting on this player these managers rave about in Brown .
