Here is the definitive proof that Ki is a liability in our team.

How many games do we win with Ki starting? St Johnstone at home was the last one, and that was nearly a draw as well.

Ki's last 6 starts have led to:

    Motherwell away: 2-0 loss
    Rangers away: 2-2 draw
St Johnstone at home: 2-0 win
    Killie at home: 1-1 draw
    ICT at home: 2-2 draw
Dundee Utd at home: 1-1 draw

Which doesn't include the 3-1 loss to Rangers and 2-0 loss to Hearts.
And when was the last time Ki actually scored a goal for us ?
Terrible stats and damning evidence against Ki.

Can't and won't argue against this Venglos.

I am not a fan of Ki, and have said it many a time on here.

It is no coincidence that we play our best football without him in the team and we played our best football while he was away at the asian Cup.

An extremely lazy player when the opposition have the ball.

he scored against st j too.

Some weird reasoning on here at times

I agree with you. I think he's a decent player but needs people around him to win the ball and track back for him. I do honestly think he isnt any better than Crosas. You will probably get slaughtered about your thread on him but I just think he isnt good enough in the team.

I conducted a poll here a few weeks ago, asking whether you would rather have Paul Hartley in your team whilst in his prime like he was with Hearts, or have Ki Sung Yeung the way he is with us right now. The overwhelming majority voted for Ki and I was clueless as to why. Glad someone else realizes this. Those stats go a long way to showing why he shouldn't even start for us. Forrest should have been on from the start, or even Juarez.

Ki is very talented, no doubt. But for some reason we look worse as a TEAM when he plays.

that's irrelevant though, we had hartley in his prime too really. but his time at Hearts cannot be used in comparison

those stats don't account for the variables that come into a game, as well as mistakes/lack of form or whatever from others.

Stats tell half the story. * reasoning

Spot on, i struggle at times to see what he offers us. Maybe the odd decent pass (if you can get him in the game and if he's interested)

I have to agree with this, at the start of the season he was quite good, however as the rest of the team has progressed he seems to have fallen behind greatly. He never gets stuck in enough for me and he has too much time on the ball and then loses us possession. Not good enough in his last few games, end of.

He plays at his best in a 3 man midfield which we rarely play. He is a player with good awareness and great passing but lacks that determination and grit that is required in the less technical games such as today. The whole team was a let down today but I would only play Ki when we are at home or at ibrox when we have kayal beside him to do the dirty work.
