Not just lenny but in general in what catagories do you judge a Celtic manager and in what importance?

    For me its

    1 performance in the league
    2 performance in European competition
3 the way his team plays football
    4 performance in the cups
    5 transfer acumen
6 derby results (beating the Huns and the diet Huns)
7 the way he uses his subs (a lot of people dont think it's a big deal but I do)

    1. The number of trophies won and the consistency with which they are won.
    2. The performance of the team on the park in terms of good football and the consistency of good form.
    3. Consistently getting the best form out of individual players.
    4. Transfer success i.e. the success of players bought in, the retention of key players, the decision to let players go and the replacement of departing players.
    5. Consistent and positive results in European competition.
    6. Consistent and positive results against Rangers.
    7. The gradual improvement of the team over time.
All very, very important for a Celtic manager.

Making sure Rangers are second every year......anything else is a bonus.
