Celtic are trying to beat the transfer deadline to secure the signing of Argentine ace Juan Carlos Menseguez, skysports.com understands.
Bhoys boss Tony Mowbray is a huge fan of the player having signed him for West Bromwich Albion last term.
He wanted to strike a permanent deal for the forward, but it now seems a loan deal is the only hope Celtic have.
With Massimo Donati departing for Bari at the weekend, Mowbray now has some leeway to bring players in.

Maybe this dude isnt what we want due to the fact we already have 3 players that can do the same as him or how do we know that we wont play better in the spl?

 

I never said he couldn't do well...we don't know. Some fans are hoping its true and want the deal done claiming he could be good for us.....so COULD anyone i suppose.

His record certainly doesnt suggest he would be a hit. Might as well sign Lee miller

he's a winger, who at times plays behind the striker, not a goalscorer but a goal provider. im sure he would score a good few in the spl tho, its muck.

 

He is a winger mainly and scored 1 goal, a good goal when at west brom.
