    i think hes calmed down alot and i would love to have him.

    i live in newcastle and he was outstanding for them last season!!!

    would definitly take him on a free if he would fit into the wage structure.



    however that said i honnestly dont think he would come, and the fact hes a hun supporter makes it even more less likly!

    But who would get dropped for him? Kayal & Ledley shouldn't get dropped and Lenny wont drop Broony.

    giggsy, bellemy, ashley cole, and carrol etc etc and even big john booting berkavic in the head, yeah they have all had very bad times in their life and with the exceptionof big john arnt the nicest of guys but you wouldnt say no to them.

    you cannot compare any player playign football at the moment to that idiot diouf IMO. i think the fact absalutly zero people want to sign diouf and people are quing up for barton says it all really.

    yes i agree not the best role model or character but i wouldnt turn him down. hes been tremendous on and off the pitch over the last few years!

    posted ages ago that id love him to jion..cant see it realy is a top player,our midfield is good but he is better than brown and ledley,kayal is up there with him but barton gets forward more,please get him in as long as we sell the no hopers..1 striker and a quality number 1 and celtic would clean up.

    Good player but not needed. We already have a great midfield especially in the middle. It's bad enough that one of Ki and Ledley looks most likely to not get a start so there is no point in signing Barton.

    Any money available should be spent on a goalkeeper first and possibly another striker. :50:
