    These sort of paintings are hard to appreciate looking at them in a book or on the internet.

    The actual paintings are like ten foot wide. I would say he was a great artist, beautiful chaos.

    That's the spirit!

    :56::56::56::56:

    To be honest, I can see why some of the stuff would draw interest.

    But most of the stuff I look at (online, not some * art critic) is just......well.....some mad * dripping paint on to a canvas (imo).

    all his paintings are just like that, but they are also massive in size, and I've never seen them in person.

    i think art (paintings) can be defined as ''good art'' if you'd hang them up in your living room and you would be prepared to have them their year in and year out.

    I don’t get art whatsoever.

    I admire paintings that are lifelike as * and look like photographs. That sort of stuff takes talent and amazes me.

    But all that abstract stuff. Nah, not havin it. Not havin that one bit.

    Genius art would have to be something special and unique, so no. However, I like the painting you've posted with all the mad lines.

    Paintings and art are entirely subjective, just like music. Just because someone else likes a painting doesn't make it good to everyone.

    It's actually a lot of *. There are much better murals in Belfast.

    That picture actually represents the sectarian riots of 1969, when Catholics/Nationalists were burned out of their homes.
