1st henrick,,remember how the english press said ,he couldent do it in england, well for the record, he was at man u for 3 months and scored in every compition he was in, i,e premiership, f,a cup and champions leauge
    wot a guy,,

    point no2

evander sno, is it just me or have u noticed how evander always looks like he gets the ball stuck under his feet and has to dig it out for a pass , and his trapping skils need a lot to be desired, plus when he lost possion for the milan goal, his very next pass was a simple one, and he passed it out for a shy, to milan

my point here is,, i dont rate him at all

does any 1 think its SNO HIS FAULT

    Sno is a good one

He is only 19 and learning all the time

It was the more experienced Lennon to
blame for the Milan goal, he should have
hacked Kaka down on the half way line..

    No...you are wrong
    It was Lennon's fault completely
He let Kaka skip away from him easily

you could say the same for mcmanus he let kaka run and run untill it was too late
he could have cut accross him quicker i think,,
i think also that lennon was caught suprised that sno lost possiosion, so easily

Having just played 93 minutes against top class opposition the ball comes to him just outside the Milan box, he wasn't decisive enough in either passing or controlling it so they go on the break. I wouldn't blame him for losing the goal. Milan had to go nearly the full length of the pitch to score, so why didn't the defenders intercept or clear the ball after Sno's mistake? Did they not make mistakes then aswell? Could boruc have shut his legs? Thats not a dig at anyone else, but I feel it is pretty harsh to blame Evander like that, especially after he dealt well all game with their world class midfielders. He lost possession in Milans half. They still had plenty of work to do. Kaka showed his class and thats that. Lets not point the finger.

ALL DONE US PROUD AND WE HAVE A BRIGHT FUTURE TO LOOK FORWARD TO

The team gave their all in our best away performance for some time and we were in it right to the death.

To play 210 mins against Milan and only concede one goal is pretty good. The entire defensive unit played well IMO. Our problem was going forward. We created few clear cut chances and when we did create them they fell to players who are not calm in front of goal. We lack an extra creative dimension on the bench. Somebody mentioned a Lubo type of player. Even if we had Maloney he could have come on and mixed it around a bit.

i think simon ferry should be played more often. if Sno is being played to gain experience then surely we should play our young Scottish and Irish players aswell

It was more to do with Lennon making his usual half arsed effort to cover. Every player loses possession from time to time, but look at Milan, they were first to the loose balls all game. If lennons a "holding midfielder" then he should have blocked Kaka's run.

sno, was one of 'eleven best players' on the park,
two guys i think let the occasion pass them by where naka and mcgeady but they still played well,
we know now the standard we have to play to at this level in order to compete, and, on last nights evidence a quality play maker and a top notch strike partner to the 'link', we will progress as a top ten european team,
its been a long time since ive been as proud of my team, our team lets show them some respect, they deserve it
