I like BBJ, But have to disagree with him there.
I don't think you can write us off as early as this. With our game in hand, if we win that tis back down to 6, we win both Old Firms thats us joint top, I'm not saying we are going to win both Old Firms, but aslong as we can get 4 points out of the 2 I would be happy with that. Because when we get Maloney, Brown, McDonald, Ki & N'Guemo back, also feeding Hooiveld in & who ever we may bring threw, our confidence will be sky high & the attacking options we have are unbelievable..

I don't know if anyone saw Artur Boruc's interview on the Huddle tonight? He says we play the best football & when we start taking our chances there is no way we will get beat, I also believe this. Maybe not as confident as he is of saying we will win the league , because I don't want to jinx, but I'm confident we won't give up this early. 19 games to go, thats still half a season, & Rangers will spill points, they aren't going to play there last 18 games & win them all & we aren't either, but aslong as its us at the top of the pile at the end who cares?

    Prone to hyperbole is right.

Best price you can get on us from any UK bookie is 2/1.

Hardly the lost cause John seems to be implying...

If we win our game in hand and win the next two Old Firm games, we're level on points - the league is FAR from over, there are plenty of points to play for. The huns will drop silly points against the 'wee' teams, if we're consistent I see no reason why we can't win the league.

There a lot of 'ifs' in there but I'm confident it will be a matter of 'when'.

His point about Mowbray desire to change the squad too quickly is on the money

Celtic selling leaders in the dressing room is spot on aswell

The argument for Celtic not knowing what it takes to win titles, not having leaders to drive on players is a fair one.

I dont think the league is over but there needs to be a radical improvement in results and performances for us to do it. This is not last season or any other example you want to cling onto. Mowbray hasnt gotten alot of things right so far, I wouldnt be slating Hartson because he's burst bubbles.

A few years ago he would have a point. However, despite how inconsistent we have been, Rangers WILL drop points due to the simple fact that they are not a good team. Dropping 19 points is not ideal but may have helped convince the board to get the finger out in this window.

Hartson isn't far off the money there. Fact is we are NINE behing, 10 if we look at GD at this stage. The game in hand has to be won before we can look at it being 6 points.

With players injured at the moment im not even confident of points this weekend. Fail to get them and rangers win and its over for me.

We can only hope that others take points off Rangers hopefully starting with Hearts. Never say never:shamrock:

A very long way to go,I hope that hartson has jumped the gun here!

the huns will drop points that is for sure, we have to find consistancy starting this week. Its time for our next generation of leaders to step up and take us to the title, Boruc,Mcgeady, Loovens, Crosas are a few that have to prove they can carry the weight and big sammy needs to find his shooting boots!

I love BBJ and am sure he is just lulling them into that false sense of security!!

We all know how much Big John loves Celtic, so I reckon his way of trying to fire up the team, let's hope it works John.

I would say tony might have wanted more time to find better players, but with the way our fans are screaming for new players he felt he had to act right away.
At this rate he will change the first 11 in 3 windows and not the 5/6 he first stated.

Read the interview and he is only saying what some are thinking
someone above mentioned the huns will drop points that maybe true
but we will drop aswell and if they win today, 12 ahead and this just puts pressure
on us, yes we have 2 games in hand but we have to win and considering our form
this is not a dead cert

as for big bad john he hit the nail on the head.
