    Good news but actions speak louder than words and in football these days contracts mean nothing. Won't be able to relax until transfer window slams shut!

    Agree 100%.

    Contracts mean * all to some players. If they wan't to move on they will no matter how long is left on the contract.

    Looks like they will both be here next season though at the least.

    We should offer Izzy a new deal as well!

    I suspect izzy will be sold after next season to maximize the money we can get , he is obviously only planning to see his contract out .

    both will have their contracts extended this summer i'd imagine, give Izzy a new 4 year deal on 20k per week, stink in a 12.5m minimum release clause.

    Imagine what being an arsenal or city fan etc. where your top stars (fabregas and Tevez) among others making it clear they dont want to be there and all.
