    Currently its Lampard, i dont think i have seen Gerrard have a decent string of games in the past 2 years. As for the 'luck' Lampard has with his goals and shots, a goals a goal, doesnt matter how they go in!

    Two over-rated tubes. I'd go for Gerrard because he dragged his team by the scruff of the neck in to help them win 2 great finals. I've yet to see Lampard play well in or single handily win a big game. its ok scoring deflective goals and penaltys against wigan and west brom, but he hides in big games he's at his worst for england and I dont know how he,s fouled everyone for so long. Long may he keep playing for england, cause hes a terrible.

    Gerrard is a much better player, Lampard is like a Kris Boyd of midfield, he only does the attacking part of the job and neglects everything else just to attack and score goals. He's good at it but Gerrard can do the same while also offering a lot more to his team.
