I dont get how? He made the assist and a goal to get us a £10m+ pay day. How is this costing us money, because hes had 1 injury in how long? Maybe you cant pick on broony so will start on sammy again..

 

Samaras is crucial to how we perform in Europe. He is genuinely one of the only players in our team that i think opposition managers and players really fear. His unpredictability, pace, power and skill means that full backs don't know if he is going inside or outside.

Really starting to appreciate what he brings to the team and has brought to the team over the past couple of years.

just cant see the board hold on to Sammy after this year, we have got to get the wage bill down, and we are now known as a selling club, and we will be from now on. hard to take it but thats the way it will be.

 

I'm not really sure what you mean? Samaras played 4, scored 2 and assisted 3 times in the qualifiers firing us into the group stage. He made us money.

We dont need to sell Sammy at all.

If anything he is gaining us money by doing what he did to get us into the CL.

Lets not forget he also had offers to leave us not long ago and he wanted to stay and prove himself, even with fans constantly getting on his back. He obviously really enjoys being at our club.

 

the moneys we get from, the champ money goes on the players that won it
they will be given the new deals. then when the first time they don't win, the board will put them up for sale. this champ money belongs to 60% for the team that won it and
40% is for the board, but the board has the upper hand they can choose when to sell a player, the management cant the player could stick around like bobo done but when the fans only know its to get the money they normally frowned upon it, so sammy might be the next bobo

We missed Sammy because we didn't have the same drive down the wing that he offers. Forrest was hopeless on the other side that night i thought. And I said it to the lads who sit with me at the game, we're needing sammy to be running at them.
