    Because it's not exactly true, players like Messi and Ronaldo score a lot of goals because of there shooting technique, compusure and ability.

    I maintain that saving from 2 yards out a Messi shot is a hreater achievement than doing it to Ross Tokely.

    Can't believe how quiet he was last night, could do * all for their goal and had very little else to do. We'll need him to be at his best in the last 16 though. So far, for me, he has been the keeper of the tournament

    Forster is already a better keeper than Boruc ever was. I always knew he had the potential to become world class.

    i see what you mean but i sort of disagree aswell, its not about saving the shots, hes well capible of that, but its more who hes up against, i can imagine a one on one with messi 9/10 times = a goal, but a one on one with a Elgin city player wouldnt be as certain.

    im not doubting him as a great keeper hes leveling with boruc in my opinion!

    and the goalkeepers i mentioned play with these players every day!
    if forster was playing in england he would be Englands 1st choice, but i dont care about england and wouldnt like to see him leave for a long long time

    BleacherReport has to be one of the worst sites around. Up there with Goal.com. It only gets substantial traffic because of its cool layout.

    that site is a load of *. the CL's top scorer (Ronaldo with 6) wasnt even mentioned as an alternative. Thats just mental.
    Fair play to Forster though, I can't think of a better display of goalkeeping in the CL this season than his performances against Los Cules

    The big man has been named in the ESM team of the month and is currently ranked 2nd in overall votes for the season behind Manuel Neuer of Bayern. ESM stands for European sports media which is basically all the top football magazines throughout Europe. The only other tic player i can recall being voted in was Henrik so it's quite an achievement for the big fella. He has also been named as one of seven ''stars of the group stage'' by World Soccer magazine which is Britain's representative in ESM. Well done Fraze! :50:
