he has no heart, he bricks it every time the ball comes near him, absolutley criminal we didnt get a keeper who is

    a) brave
    b) can kick
    c) agile

he made a great save against athletico madrid, but those are few in far between, i actually think he's too tall to be a keeper, and he's too young. he is no De Gea, we need an organiser, a moaning * in defence, like the Holy Goalie. Its no coincidence that the central defence to me has been * since he's been here, the players dont trust him for corners/set pieces and he doesnt trust them, somebody on that pitch should be * telling him to come for everything in and around the area

there is loads of cheap keepers as well, i dont know why we went back in for him, i know he's a good lad but he's not good enough for celtic, end of

There's a few players in our team who could be doing with a visit to the Wizard of Oz, see if they can get themselves a heart.

i actually think a lot of the problems with our defence is having big lurchio in goals behind them... my heart sank when i saw we were taking him back from england... i think hes up there with the worst keepers we`ve had....

    & we`ve had a good few!

    You're not the only one.

Would have him back here in a second.

Boruc is undoubtedly the best keeper we've ever had. Missing him like *.

No Celtic goalkeeper worth his salt should be losing four goals to Rangers, I don't care how good they are. If Lafferty & Co had their shooting boots on, we might have been looking at 7-1 :54:

The keeper Lindegaard at Man U looks like Boruc when we first signed him, give Ferguson a phone and get him signed up :50:

I've never been a Forster fan. GK is perhaps the most important position and its essential having a keeper who is actually good enough to wear the shirt.

    He isn't IMO.

Successive Newcastle managers haven't rated him over the fairly average keepers they've got - so how's he good enough for us?

Having grown at that time, Packie could be * murder at times. Boruc is the best keeper Celtic have had in my lifetime!

    Really wanted to get Sandomierski!:54:

No way!! Packie was a close second in my time watching Celtic (85 onwards) to Boruc!!

I'm not jumping on any bandwaggon here, but I have said it all along, Forster is a big puddin, and will never make a Celtic keeper :38:

It's the defence that let us down. Forster is alright.

    Forster's a good goal-keeper with massive potential.

Pardrew was very reluctant to let him go on loan, due to the chance of him breaking into a good Newcastle side. He broke our clean-sheet record last season and I didn't see many complaints.

Ah he's not the problem at all.
Our right back is ok as is our left back. Our midfield is mid EPL standard which really does say something. Our strikers seem to be able to do the job too. We really need to invest a good £6m in the centre of defence though ! It would pay off.

People keep going on about how highly pardew rates him & stuff, why the * would he keep sending him out on loan.... Crap.

As said it months ago & nothing has changed my mind- we should of signed Given in the summer simple as that.

Yet another Lenny mistake. We won't win the league this year & he'll b gone- if he wasn't wee Neil from lurgan we'd b looking for him gone before now.

I agree. Packie wasn't perfect but he was at least equal to Boruc. Always preferred Packie though. Don't trust Forster at all.
