    Hi guys, looking some advice.

Normally every second year I bring the family to either a holiday (1 week) to either stay in Ireland or go to Scotland or northern England.

For example two years ago we done Haven in Ayr and the kids loved it. They are now 9 and 7.

Any recommendations on a holiday in Scotland or England, not to far into England because I will be bringing the Car over in the Ferry to Stranraer so nothing longer than say a 4 hour drive.

Any help here would be great

A week in Girvan is where it’s at. Only an hour from the boat. All that healthy sea breeze.

No mate, looking to book a caravan or cabin or something similar.

As long as there's enough to entertain the kids, swimming pool and machines and crazy golf and park etc

There's loads down Blackpool way, shouldn't be too much of a drive south.Marton Mere (Haven) would suit the kids.Only about 10 mins from the attractions in town as well.

We go to Marton Mere wae the wean every year, Blackpool’s a * hole but the wee caravan park is decent. 5 minute taxi to the pleasure beach etc.

I even tried them stupid voucher codes to try get 10-20% off. But didn’t work fs. I don’t mind paying £300 that I paid two years ago but closer to £370 sticks in my throat a bit
