Spain, my usual bet for this.

But put a fiver on Netherlands as a "dark horse"

Always back Italy to win but I actually think the strongest team is Portugal.

They have tremendous balance to their team and a great mix of experience and youth.

If their big players stay fit I think they’ll win it.

The French probably have the best squad depth.

England won't win, Southgate's record against the top national sides is atrocious and attack aside, they have a weaker squad this time compared to the last two International tournaments.

I have no idea who is going to win, you only really start to have an idea once the groups are done. Even then it's a hard one to call. No one fancied Italy before the last one and they * the groups iirc and were solid all the way through.

Feel like there may be an unlikely winner, the Netherlands or something. Either way, very excited for it!

Wife is Portuguese so obviously fancy them. Think they have a brilliant squad, arguably the best in fact.

I don't get the fawning over England. Take Foden, Kane and Bellingham out of that team and it's absolutely bang average, with a defence that can so easily be got at. They won't even make the final.

Also agree that the Netherlands could be the surprise package.

France for me as well but would prefer someone like Croatia to win it.

England have as good a chance as anyone. They need to bottle it.

I'm not the biggest fan of Grealish, but I think they'll regret leaving him out the squad. He wins tons of freekicks.

Still Foden and Saka there tho who will happily go down at the first sign of a slight breeze.

Thought Portugal before the loss to Croatia as I thought Croatia where passed it but seems like Croatia are still decent.
Still thinking Portugal and maybe Holland might actually turn up for once.

Hard to see past France, but England and Portugal should be right up there as well.

Hate to say it but I think England might win this. They have some excellent players and if they all click then it'll be hard to stop them. They also have an easy group to start with which helps whereas some of the other big teams have much harder groups which could result in o e or two getting knocked out in the group stages. As for Scotland, I'd be happy if we got out of the group

Hoping Scotland get at least a third place qualifying spot.
Have taken a liking to Steve Clarke.
