    i think the microsoft website does it but you need to pay like £20 for it.

    i had done this a while ago ,i found my machine was running slower after i installed the vista visuals ,uninstalled it after a week and my machine went back to normal .

    Found that the transformation pack made my pc as quick as a week in the jail, theres a few good XP modifications here www.warzeuwant.com its also run by a bunch of like minded Celtic fans too.
