donati -hit or miss?

after seeing donatis effort on the highlights and listening 2 the commentators yesterday .it strikes me that mo has either no interest or hes just pish and wants 2 stay an average player 4 the rest of his career. im fed up wi him dodging a graft 4 our great club.time 4 him 2 wake up or * rite off hame 2 serie b.

 

No brainer useless = MISS

 

imo he is pish. Wouldnt have him about me. Seems like he couldnt give a * when playing for the hoops. He dosent seem to know what are club means to us all. Id take a million for him in the summer and wouldnt play him again this season. Unless we have to due to injury

 

Ive seen him play worse but to your question though i would say miss.

 

this guys spent a career being carried by better players around him.

probably thought he was coming to scotland on vacation.
i still cant believe his passing display in barcelona.
for a pro footballer to be unable to complete 10 yard passes consistently for 90 minutes defies belief.

He wasn't too bad at the start of the season, had a few good games. Remember "MO MO MO MASSIMO!!" But he doesn't seem to be up to standard at the minute. I reckon he'll be off in the summer

what happened to our scouts with the money weve spent on some very bad buys with virgo being the worst.

thought at start of season he would be a great player and he put in a few good performances, now its like watching a completely different player and think he is totally useless but you never know he could rediscover his form for next season if here. but its a miss for me

Theres something there when it comes to Donati but i dont know if he can find it dont think hes the worst player on the park at times but hes starting slip into the Gary Caldwell bracket....

 

hes a dud... never seen him jump for a header in any of his games. no passion, no game, not good enough.

 

First couple of games he was good. Seems to go missing in games and doesnt stamp his authority on the match. Overall a miss but i think if given one more year might be able to turn it around. Doubt it though!

 

he rarely runs. a DM is ment to track back. Hartley does that. donati dosn't.
came here on high hopes from everyone that he'd be a great player got given his chance and proved he wasn't worth it
hartley came here and had to prove his worth and has done.

 

about three times yesterday he never left the ground challenging for headers i watched him standing still pulling his hands inside his sleeves trying to keep warm as we were taking a throw in an attacking position,he just looks as if he would rather be somewhere else although i thought he looked decent at the start of the season,time to try and recoup some of our cash in the summer imo.

 

You're having a laugh. I'm not Caldwell's biggest fan by any means but when I hear Donati's in the team I feel we are in trouble which was proven yesterday. If he plays next Sunday then we're handing the league to the huns.

 

Donati had a great start of season and played some nice games, then he had been forgotten too much on the bench and when he played was placed by Strachan not in is natural position. He cannot be a defensive midfielder, sometimes almost a fifth defender, he has to play 10-15 yards ahead and be able to be a sort of playmaker. He was good at the start of the season, i don't believe he suddenly became a dud.
