What were your opinions on the big man when he was with us? I mind he got a fair bit of stick at times and in my opinion it was unwarranted, he was quite crude and slow as * but he was solid enough and kept an SPL record of clean sheets with Rogne, Mulgrew and Loovens at his side.

Hard as nails... but clumsy, clueless and slow.

    Good mates with Ibra.

    That'll do for me.

Hideous. Head like 50p coin, couldn't move, positionally not great, awareness non existent, tackling clumsy as *, passing woeful etc. I honestly couldn't stand him :56:

Looked like he should have been an absolute unit, thought he was our answer to replacing Bobo, but he wasn't even solid.

He wasn't that bad haha, he had his faults but he marshalled the defence reasonably well. Key part of, statistically, our best defence ever in the SPL and I think around 50 caps for Sweden.

His form dipped more up and down than a dooking fur apples contest.

He instantly made us a better team when he joined, people forget that.

Not the best centre half but certainly not the worst.

I quite liked him. Prone to some * ups but all in all he was a decent signing. Always fully committed and a nice big guy.

An accident waiting to happen. That's how I felt about Dan most of the time.

Had some games where he was defensively excellent, some he was shocking and the rest he was decent.

People seem to forget/ignore the work he done OFF the pitch in terms of mentoring our younger players - especially a fresh Victor Wanyama.

I'd love him back here as a coach.

Didn't rate him really to be honest. But one thing I would say, I always wanted him to play against the Huns. Coped very well against Jelavic.

Yeah, on a similar note he probably organised the team when he was on the pitch, I imagine he talked a very good game which is important!

I remember him mostly as a bombscare to be honest, but he was part of statistically our best ever defence in the SPL before it was re-branded earlier this year.

When he first joined he was solid but then he got a bit clumsy.
