    Can I ask a question?
I had cancer 6 years ago, pretty much a write off. But I got free surgeries and treatment within a week that would have cost the NHS hundreds of thousand of £'s with no health insurance. Each bag of chemo is a few hunred to a few grand, a bag of blood and platelets are a few huindred quid and I was getting maybe 3-6 bags of blood every week, same of chemo each day and all this for 4 months.

If I were in the USA would I have gotten the same treatments at zero cost?
My family aren't exactly wealthy and probably would have went bankrupt just to save my life. NHS might no be perfect but it's better than most systems in the world.

He was guilty of neglect that's for sure, I think the manslaughter charge was to make it a high profile case, I don't think he was guilty of that, but what I would say Is if I had the money and health issues Jackson had, I wouldn't want my doctor * around with drugs he's not an expert in, the guy was a heart specialist not an anaesthesiologist, If jackson got the right doctor then maybe a different outcome, typical American justice system, there is always someone to blame, even if it was just a tragedy.

pretty much, my dad had health insurance to sover his, but every city has a free cancer center, where you can go and get treated, as I said our system isnt perfect but the idea that you need to bring a credit card to the hospital is laughable
