Fact is, he's one of the quickest in the game and having an attribute like that and not using to full potential is criminal. He should be playing somewhere else

I think the EPL is more HYPE than QUALITY and i reckon alot of SPL teams would give the EPL teams a run for their money but as you said he's not exactly a goalscorer but his pace would surely get passed the defences and if he has a good delivery then Hooper would play well with him
