celtic wtf

ive been criticial of celtic lately ,very criticial i have learned from last weeks (*) remark,so i wont say that again,, but they have been double * and this time ITS NOT A FRIENDLY,now what,

i ve said before teams cant turn it on when they want to EVEN celtic ,jeesus we cant just turn it on at all,

i cant see us getting better anytime soon

so dont jump on me for this ,this is how i feel at the moment ,

what excusees will the just a FRIENDLY, bhoys come up with now,,i wait and see

 

Davie i arguyed ur point about celtic not going to be able to perform after hte preseasons but now i completly agree with you as celtic just look *
We can even grind out results anymore and if GS dosnt get his finger out of his *,i tihknwe will have a poor season

 

Last season I never got on the case of our manager.

But its clear to see today. That he cant escape the blame for this.

He has a squad full of players that are under performing on a consistent basis, why is that Mr Strachan??????

 

The only thing I actually like about Strachan is the signings he makes are more exciting than say that of MON era.

But his tactics are *, everyone seems to just be running around clueless.

 

Why not ask questions of strachan ?

looks like we'll struggle for goals in some games. zurawski set up 2 killie attacks & missed a sitter even a schoolboy would have scored. lets hope mcdonald turns out to be a finisher for us.

Next 5 games for Celtic... Looks like your in for a tough ride, though somehow Celtic always seem to come out ok in the end!

The problem i saw was in your midfield... You have 4 midfielders who like to push to far up the field leaving the defense exposed. When you had Lennon he was able to sitback and gave your defense a little more protection. The defense needs to be worked on, but i believe that's just a simple task of giing players time to gel... It's only the first game of the season and most players won't be on top form until september. If Problems are still persisting at that time then i'd worry.

 

I have a feeling that any spartak fan who have seen todays game must feel really happy that they've picked Celtic. And Spartak players gained confidence today without doubt while our players gained a headache.
Strachan gained nothing cause he's 100% sure that we played well and Hartley was man of the match...

 

This not kid ourselves on here...If no player's come in a successful season would be to make the group stages of the CL

the games you mention ,i honestly think if celtic get win all the domestic games ,and get through the moscow tie,every thing will be fine in my book,

but the reverse of that is also true ,as even if we lose 1 of the domestic games and dont beat moscow,i know in my heart that the powers that be will be after stracs head,because even last years last 16 wont be enough because it would mean two out of three years ,hes been in charge he would have failed to get to CL proper

falkirk i think will be a game were we can lift the spirits pre moscow hopefully get a good result out there and ride on that high till the next moscow game

a good, convincing falkirk win is needed though.
tbh, killie are not a bad team but naylor imo has got to improve.
i used to be a huge fan of his but tbh... his crossing from the halfway line is getting on my * no ones there and its a chance wasted imo.

 

Just back from the game and we were abosultely dire, those who know me on the forum know i'm not negative and i'm not a Strachan hater but there's no excuses for that performance.

I've got to question after last week why did Zurawski play? Why was Donati taken off instead of Hartley? Why was Killen - who is a similar player to Big Jan - brought on for Zurawski? What the * does Riordan have to do to get in the team?

I don't have one positive from todays game

 

i would have loved not to criticise celtic in any way shape or form

so i am not going to as i think every one know my position on the manager

i agree with asking what riordan has to do to get his chance, i dont agree that we shouldn't have brought on killen, hes a goal scorer we were crossing the ball in alot so you need players like killen and jan.
magic played because killen isn't 100% and mcdonald is banned

 

how long are we gonna put up with this crap? Here we are, a new season and yet no clue as to how to win against mediocre opposition. It seems to me that this is Strachans fault and I don't think we can afford to wait until we are dumped out of Europe before action is taken. Then it'll be too late and don't give the excuse of artificial pitch - this is just awful!

 

I agree that Killen is a gd player and may suprise a lot of people but like you said he's not fully fit, so surely Riordan should be ahead of him as a forward option.

Saddest part is Parkhead was packed for the opening game unlike last season, everyone wanted to see a gd game. Ah well I'll be there at Falkirk next week, hopefully it'll vastly improve.
