    to be fair it's Scottish football that could miss out..

    And this is why the Scottish media should be all over the huns arses if they send a weakened team out to play Bursaspor but there's fat chance of that happening when dignity smith must , at all costs go out on a high by winning the league , and sacrificing a few CL points and co-efficicient ranking will be seen as a price worth paying to keep his players fresh..

    the entire spl (us included) have only themselves to blame really... only rangers has done decently in europe this year. The swiss teams have been playing pretty well also in the Europa Leage.

    It is infuriating yes, but no more than the clubs in Scotland deserve. Realistically its not our fault(nor the huns), you can't expect two teams to keep up a countries coefficient forever. Bottom line is, the countries in that table above and below us all have at least 3 major forces - 3 teams that are able to punch above their weight each year in europe. We will never get this back until another team in scotland gets something together.

    We can't just assume that we'll win the league. As much as I hate Rankers, I will be supporting them against Bursaspor.
