    Celtic's apparent love affair with Kenyan footballers has continued after the Scottish Premier League giants reportedly approached Sofapaka over Humphrey Ochieng Mieno's availability.

    The Hoops have been credited for forging Victor Wanyama into one of the most promising talents to have come out of Kenya, with the Harambee Stars playmaker having recently completed a £12.5million move from Parkhead to English Premier League side Southampton.
    Bhoys boss Neil Lennon is now believed to once again be eyeing talent in the East African country, with Mieno, currently on loan at Tanzanian Premier League side Azam, thought to be a target of the Scottish giants.
    Celtic, though, will need to move fast on any potential deal, with Mieno have also been strongly linked with several other big-name clubs, including Tunisian giants Esperance and Club Africain.

    I am alarmingly aware now that any Kenyan player will be first linked to us every cunting transfer window - along with any player who sounds even 1% Irish.
