Celtic Supporters in South Yorkshire?

Hi

I was a season ticket holder at Parkhead for years but moved to South Yorkshire last year for work. I've looked for Supporters Clubs for a while and thought I had found one in the Rotherham Emerald CSC until I went to the Wilton as advertised one day to watch an old firm game and found I was the only person in the pub lol!

I live just in between Barnsley and Rotherham and it's quite handy as I'm right in the middle of Barnsley, Rotherham, Sheffield and Doncaster.

I'm looking for some fellow tims in the area who may know of any places to watch the games.

It'll be a bit more of a trek for you, but there's supposedly a couple of them in Nottingham.

I'm up there next weekend, and girlfriend permitting, I'll go check them out and get back to you if i can

Just realised i mis-read this when still pished this morning. I thought you were looking for a bus not a place to watch the games. I have never been myself but I believe the Doncaster boys drink in a place called the "Railway".

However if you are looking for a place for the game on Tuesday I think most of them will be going to the game so I am not sure how busy it will be.

Let me know if you find anything mate i'm from Sheffield. Closest supporters clubs to me are Wakefield/Leeds.

 

Alrite mate, found a pub in Rotherham where the Rotherham Emerald CSC go called The New Inn. Went for the game last night and was a good turn out, about 15-20 bodies. There were a few lads who go over from Sheffield.

One of the guys said their in there for all the games. Was decent atmosphere. Good little boozer too.

 

Nice one will give it a try. Do you know if they show all games or just them live on sky/espn?
