    this is all a bit premature lads, the HMRC will have taken notice of this today but it's just the intentions of the Huns, the final hearing hasn't been yet. It could be a game against HMRC to try and get some kind of deal struck.

    My Jelly remains in tiny cubes in the cupboard.

    There is no question if all this does indeed come to pass we would have won fairly. We have fought our way from 15 points down to open a 4 point lead with 10 games to play. It is very clear where the momentum is never mind the fact we have a 4 point lead as we head into the business end of the league campaign.

    There will be no deals done, rangers will be liquidated exactly like craig whyte always planned, his hand has been forced by a combination of cash flow issues created by poor cup runs in Europe and at home and the tax tribunal delaying decision.

    He had hoped to limp on and blame the taxman and sir moonbeam but in the end his hand has been forced (2 days before united are due £100,000 fir the cup match)

    Hmrc will take a hit here to ensure FULL REPAYMENT from the hundreds of other companies/clubs who avoided tax and can afford to repay. The tax case aint about the 23mill in unpaid tax plus charges and interest that rangers owe, its about the billions hector can get by sending a message that they WILL NOT DO DEALS, pay up in full or face liquidation!

    Must be the only person not happy to see this. Can't help but feel it will massively overshadow our 16 game unbeaten run. Would have much rather waited till and then have the start the league 10 points down next year. Owell hopefully they won't even get second now ! :bbpd::celt_2: And get the administrator to get them into Liquidation :party:

    Should win the league by 10 points+, anyway. Meaning that this point deduction won't affect our position in the league, merely ease our doubts and make it a smooth finish to the league.

    Will be delighted to see Hun FC done out of 10 points, and us needing only 7wins to guarantee the league. Really hope they don't get liquidated though as there's a shitload of gloating needing to be done by the Hoops faithful. Jelly and Ice Cream everyone?
