Looks like is going to be another dire weekend of football. With the Morton game looking likely to be off due the pitch looking more like an ice rink.

Was actually looking forward to the game was hoping to see the fringe players coming in.

Winter football should not be allowed due to the health and safety at work act 1974 lol
Its a joke tho, it happens every single year, if we did then we would have a little bit of summer football and we would not be loosing players to the cup of nations for as long :) im all for it

ive said it again and again there is no * use playing in the * winter unless every scottish team gets undersoil heating which is not going to happen

until its off i still hope it might go ahead but doesnt look good, i'd have liked to seen Ki get a run out

To be fair, tonight's Carling Cup semi final has also been postponed, so i wouldn't get too frustrated with wee Morton not having conditions condusive to match football come the weekend!

There talk of most of the ties this weekend being off anyway. Just one of those things.

Fs, i was buzzing for this game, a chance to see the "Korean Gerrard" in the flesh.
Was hoping to see the likes of Paddy, McGinn, Killen ect get a game and try and proved themselves worthy to the club.

Was looking forward to this a 3 o'clock away game on a saturday and we where booked into the Greenock Celtic Suppoters club no doubt it will be on a Tusday night or something .

Does the cup take priority over the league as we play Killie on the 20th and there is no chance of it being on next midweek ?

Just imagine standing down at Cappielow in sub-zero temperatures, no cover over your head and dodgy cup of bovril in your hand, nah I think I would prefer to wait a few days until the glorious Greenock sunshine appears again !!!

Me and Mitchell were going to pick up tickets today but seems pointless, now that google weather has it down for -12 on Thurs night and -7 on Fri night.
