hey guys, i've just started writing a blog for footballingworld.com. Its on newsnow just now. unfortunately the editor of the website * up my blog by inexpilcably putting the word rangers after i write jarosik. i checked the file i sent him, which didn't contain this, so i have no idea why its there :87: anyway, if you could give me any feedback on it, that would be great. cheers and by the way here is the link:86:

Good article youve done there markobhoy, very well written. But where is this £24m figure coming from? It could well be true but its just ive never read anything about our budget figures, thot they would be kept private.

BTW, welcome to the site mate :50:

Our figures cannot be kept private since we are a PLC.

yeah cheers, i'll try and write some more throughout the season, but i'll make sure the editor of the site puts up them on newsnow...its the only way people will see them.

the figure was mentioned by McKinley on radio Clyde and by celticquicknews.com this time last year...apparently they both had information within Celtic about it. judging by strachan's spend of approx £6m last summer, it would seem as though we are gonna spend about that every year, not including money made from sales. so with us only spending about £2.4 so far, it would seem as though we still had a bit of cash. if it were up to me, i'd be going for arca as an absolute certainty. also as much as i dislike him...if we man u only wanted £1m for liam miller i would have him back...i know it would be controversial, but for an irish 25 year old who proved he could do it against bayern/lyon/anderlecht, it would be cheap...though not as cheap as man u got him for!!!!!:87:

then up front...if we are gonna sell petrov i would wait and spend a lot to get a real top class striker...it makes all the difference in europe. if petrov is staying, theres no point buying another player of the calibre of miller/zurawski/riordan...i'd take a gamble on kluivert if we could get him on a free(valencia want him off their wage bill). i've never really rated him as being really top class, but he's tall, good touch, can head and hold it up, good scoring record...and also teams would focus on him, allowing maloney and aiden to run the show. overall, for a free and if we could get him on £20-25,000 i think it would be a decent gamble
