hes a card away frfom suspension. how many games will he miss? I think he would be as well crunching someone the next league game and taking the suspension so that he is definately back for the run in especially against the huns at mordor. thoughts?

is any other players close to a suspension

I'm pretty sure he misses two games for the next suspension... so I agree he should hit someone good at DU... then he'd only miss Falkirk and Hamilton, both home.

If robson was fit he would have replaced him, as they play similar, maybe flood would get a game or 2 in his games out. Brown deserves player of the year more than anyone, hes been outstanding this year

Aye I would be happy to see Robson given the floating CM role if Brown (who has been brilliant) was out. I am not sure what the story is with Barry but surely he is out for a month or so. Anyway, Flood can apparently play the Brown role pretty well and I am glad we have signed him as its made me a lot less worried about the suspension.

I wouldnt be as confident going into a game without Broony in the side. Robson would be a likely player to replace him if he were fit. What would the midfield look like without him? Hartley/Robson partnering Crosas?

I think Robson would love the freedom that Crosas would give him but Hartley would be a disasterous partner unless he could turn the clock back 4 years to his peak Hearts days when he played more like Broony. Such a shame we didnt sign the Hartley of 2 or 3 years earlier when he was a tremendous all action midfielder. He can still do a job but we bought him just as he passed peak.

So long as he doesn't get booked tomorrow or against the Hun (would miss the United game) I'm happy. I'd rather he picks it up at United and misses the Hamilton and Falkirk games. We can win them without him, plus he'd be all rested ahead of the difficult Hearts and Aberdeen games.

And if he does get the booking it's bound to be Flood who comes in. Robson is out for the month and Hartley doesn't have the legs to be an attacking midfielder now.
