He's always done well for us but I do agree he plays even better on the right because it gives him a wee bit more freedom which hes always enjoyed.

not a bad shout, but dont know how well he'll do there seeing as he's carrying El Hadji Diouf in his back pocket....

His previous best run was the same. He got pushed out wide so we could play Hartley Robson through the centre.

I Remember when we beat Motherwell 4-2 and were 4-0 at HT in 08 was one of the first time he played RM and since them I've moaned that's where he should play.

Absolutely quality today, i think he thrives when he has someone to wind up as well and of course diouf was taking the bait. Was brilliant. He used to play right mid for hibs quite a lot so he's no stranger there.

Ive never been browns biggest fan but i kept saying on previous threads he should be playing right midfield as he does for scotland and he has done very well in that position.

He's actually creating and scoring goals at right mid, the main point that people stress when slating him.

Gives the midfield balance there and I think he enjoys the position knowing there's only one way he can really go and that's forward.

Yeah he is doing well out wide. His crossing is terrible but his passing is good and he is definitely fast enough. He actually seems to be quite skilful on the ball too and links up well with Wilson, Hooper and Stokes, whilst offering stability in midfield. Hope he starts on the right for Scotland and has another good game.

    Loved his celebration! :icon_mrgreen:
