Are we really going to just erase all the good things he did from our memories? I am a bit bitter about how he left us too, but I don't want him to fail

Of course I won't forget the good and the bad, but the manner of departure means no forgiveness from me.

Schooled by the better manager tbh, if there’s even a sniff at us getting Benitez we should be all over it.

When you think about it logically he did those things as he was paid to do. We took a chance on him when no one else was at his door. And he left us the second someone else came sniffing about. I don’t think he deserves any respect for that whatsoever.

Snake won things at Celtic for the wage, to pad his own CV and as a route back to the EPL. If he had any respect for us he would not have lied to us, he would not have tried to use our players to benefit himself when he left us and he would not have left us and taken as many of the staff as possible mid season.

I wish him nothing but failure and I have found myself watching the odd epl, something I don't generally do, in the hope to see him fail. In fact nothing would give me greater pleasure than to see his career spiral downhill. Someone who's name can be associated along with Mo Johntson in terms of Celtic

They'll fall to bits once he starts bringing in his own players

Apparently when he first went into the dressing room on his first day at Leicester, Steve Claridge ( Legend, stalwart & coach between tv punditry) was sat in his winter coat, hat, gloves & thick boots. Brendan said to him,
“Clary, why aren’t you changed into your training gear & out there getting the players warming up?”
“Mr Rodgers” replied Clary “ you tried to get away with this bollox once before, now * off with the *, *”

I don't want him to fail because it will look horrible for us and the Scottish League.
