Best place on matchday for tickets

Wheres the best place at the stadium for tickets on match days ? What Pubs and parts of the ground to try ? Gonna try and take the wee man to the hearts game

 

You'll get tickets in the pubs, boats, outside grounds , online or other. It's all about being in the right place at the right time. We've picked up tickets in all these places when stuck. Sometimes that's the buzz of it all. It was a great part of my childhood looking back at the scramble of trying to get tickets. My da trailed me everywhere with him in the hunt for a ticket. Thst never give up attitude and if you don't try, you don't get and I honestly can't remember once not getting in. I even gave away a ticket for the treble treble cup final for free a few years ago so I'd say, try everything you possibly can, get outside the ground and yous will get in. If not, at least you tried. You kid will see thst and it'll teach him things in life you can't buy!

We're in the Jock Stein and there is always at least a couple of folk looking to get rid of tickets. At the St Johnstone game a guy with his kid got two off this guy who didn't even take any dosh. Good luck by the way

 

Thanks guys , i only stay 15mins from the ground so al head over and try and if successful can get my wife to drop the bhoy off.

 

Head early doors to the bus park behind the Lisbon Lions stand - I imagine buses will be starting to arrive at 9.30/10am

If you've still not got one near quick off then outside the corner GB go in is the area with the largest amount of people congregating so take a chance there.

 

I’d say Turnstiles and Real McCoy are good bets.

 

heading over with the aul fella for hearts game - friday to sunday - staying in city centre.
any good places to try on the friday etc... some live irish music etc.

heraghty's? st vincent's? molly malone's? mc chuills? jinty mc guintys in ashton lane?
any good recommendations for grub on friday in the city centre - not too fancy dance just tasty and dead on.
the game is at 12pm on sat so doubt be anywhere open for a pint before the game

Graces or Kelly's aswell and Witherspoons if your looking something cheap and does the trick. Not long out of there and got me and the misses good feed along with drinks for 18quid. Fs in the airport earlier I spent 15quid on 2 daft toasties ffs. Robbing *. The drinks weren't cheap either.

Few places can get in early on Sunday but you'll need to know Someone to get in. We usually get in about 10.30-10.45 near the ground gives us time for few quick ones before the game.
