Just to take a break from the whole new manager stuff, i'l try and get us all back in the celtic mood :celt_2:. Just want to hear the greatest and most special moments each of you have witnessed as a celtic fan.

Saying as I'm 16 and have only been following celtic from the Martin O'neill and more recently the Strachan eras, I'd say the greatest moment i have witnessed would probably be a champions league night under strachan and I'd say it would probably be beating Man United with Nakas free kick..seein the united players walking off the park with their heads down and going in to school the next day was great :icon_mrgreen:

Larssons goal vs Boavista was such a special moment. Nothing has made me feel the same as that did.

There's been quiet a few that stick out for me:

    1980's
My first game Celtic v Clydebank December 1985, the best Christmas present ever
My first away game - Love Street 1986, also my first title party :icon_mrgreen:
My first European game - Partizan Belgrade - first time I've cried due to Celtic, the noise, passion and excitement that night was something to behold, shame about the end result though :54: (even despite the result it is a special memory)
    Centenary Double

    1990's
Unfortunately not many good memories from the 90's but the cup final against Airdrie and stopping 10 in a row are the obvious stand outs, away from the football, standing in the rain waiting to see if the club would be saved and the sheer joy when the rebels announced they had won

    2000's
First away European game - Valencia 01, again not the result but the occassion
    6-2 game
the fact we have been the dominant team of this decade
the great European nights under MON and GS
    Seville (again despite the result)

And that's only a few - way too many to mention and definitely couldn't pick just 1 :icon_mrgreen:

Full time in the 1995 Scottish Cup Final, first trophy in 6 years, seemed so long back then.

The look on Tommy Burns face i think summed it up for everyone that day how much it ment.

The night we beat Man U a couple of seasons back, was my 2nd or 3rd european game and it was something special.
Seville, i remember all the emotions i went through in the run to Seville and then again on the night, doubt i'll see anything like that again anytime soon.
The 2-1 game v the huns last year stands out for me too.

    No particular order -

    Real Madrid 1980 2-0

Henrik's chip in the 6-2 and chips please ( highlights on video sent by my brother a week later - still nearly jizzed..!)

Villarreal last September - the whole day, the party, meeting Henke67 and Andy and some other TC members, and finishing the night having a beer with Davie Provan.

1988 - clinching the league title v dundee, getting in for free among 74,000 other TIms (cough* officially 47,392 - even though there was no turnstile counting system and they just opened the gates.)

    Naka's blast last season

When we knocked Barça out the Uefa 1-o. watched it with a bar full of Barcelonistas and survived. even made freinds.

Any and every game we beat the Shame.

And a friendly when Simon stainrod was playing for Falkirk. Oh sorry, that's my favouirte Banik Ostrava moment and Brockville moment combined.

A few..Lubo single handedly destroying oneof Europe's greatest teams, Juve, 4-3..remember that game well because the whole family went and it was Halloween and my mum was dressed as a nun(Black and white-JUve coulours) and my bro went as the BLUE RANGER!:56:he was only 6 at the time though!lol
Also the 6-2 game and Anfield and Boavista away.
    Under Strachan..Celtic 1 Manchester United 0 .. need i say any more.

as a 14 year old i still already have a few,
under mon, the 6-2 game, every game just about on the road to seville, was in tears after the porto game and also 1-0 vs motherwell in 2000/01 season when lubo scored a free kick as it was my first game

under wgs, man utd 1-0 and rangers 2-1 which was my first of game and no matter how many more i go to it will be difficult for it to match it for emotion

Its a bit of a strange one but after the game in Seville all of us that watched the game at the big screens in the park went walking back into town over this big bridge singing. Thousands of us in this beautiful spanish city. Even though we'd lost I've rarely felt prouder to be a Tim.

    Hail Hail. :celt_2:

Watching us stopping them from doing 10 in a row was beautiful. Martin O'Neill's first season as manager. The run to Seville. Strachan clinching three in a row.

celtic 2-1 Rangers, Jans last min goal was brilliant

Celtic 2-1 Shakhtar/Ac milan, More last minute goals

But the most heart stopping moment would have 2 be the penalty shoot out with Spartak
