American Comentators

  1. AMERICAN COMENTATORS.

    Been watching the game tonight and want the thoughts on the American comentators.

    The quotes and comments coming from the comentators is strange but funny, What do you think of getting them to commentate on the games over here, might at least make some of the boring games actually enjoyable to watch as you would be constantly laughing at the statements from them.

  12. Eh the lingo over here for the sport is totally different..... They're not HORRIBLE if you're watching them because you're a fan of [whatever MLS team]... Most of them actually know their stuff when it comes to the American teams. But they know absolutely nothing about teams from anywhere else in the world. Just the way it is. They only know what is fed to them by ESPN and often its wrong or even read wrong so there you go... I have no idea why ESPN didn't put in someone like Archie McPherson for the commentary on these American games to work alongside the American commentators.. That way you get the American perspective on Sounders or whoever, and the Scottish perspective on Celtic.. Meh when do companies like ESPN EVER do an ANYTHING that makes sense though??????/ To be expected.
