Aiden McGeady

What are his chances of really making an impact this season? He's got great skill, but never seems to pick his head up after he beats a man. i am one of his biggest fans and i think he could be a great player .

 

He can only improve from being a super-sub!

 

Hes a great young player still has alot to learn hopefully he can learn it with US , hopefully he will be a player at celtic for many years to come

 

He was on fire at Fir Park before he got injured.

He has superb potential and he is always improving. I think he will be a big player for us this season.

 

Hopefully he gets his big chance this season. He can be a big player for us this coming season.

 

I feel its up to the guy himself, he has talent, but how he apply`s it he has to decide that, for any and every opportunity its up to him to prove his worth.

the day he gets it into his head that it's a team game then he'll be awesome.

 

He could still improve his fitness to get away from defenders and improve upper body stength imo

 

He's too much of an idiot. He keeps his head down all the time, and runs into traffic which makes him lose the ball. Also he never passes when he's suppose too.

i disagree with you on mcgeady...i think he'll have a very good season...has anyone noticed that he's become quicker this year...this also happened to maloney last summer! one other thing, guitar bhoy, how can beattie be a favourite player-the bhoy has no touch at all! but i don't want to be harsh on you...i'm a trailer park bhoy myself!

 

Well done with TPB, its a fantastic show. Now on McGeady, watch him, he always runs into traffic and never passes when he's suppose to. He is just a show-off kid. With Beattie, i like him, i think he's a good striker, if you want to bad mouth a Celtic player do it to Lennon, he's terrible.

 

Has shown great skill over 2 seasons now since he was MON's goldenbhoy and ripped the pish out of Collocini for Milan. Although he has a lack of once beaten a guy he always looks for the next person to beat rather than lift his head and look for the pass which is a big problem for him, although i think hes became better at doing it since WGS has came in charge im hoping he progresses this season because he potentially could be a world class player

 

Maybe because he's one of Celtic's best prospects. Last season, before he got injured, he was arguably Celtic's best striker (Hartson was winding down and Zurawski hadn't found his form) and banging them in for fun. Not a great first touch, but better than a lot of other players, and probably second only to Zuraw (maybe Riordan as well) in the striker's department. Can strike the ball from any position, is fast, is strong. Uses his head as well as his feet. I could continue, but I think by now you've seen the error in your judgement

i think Mcgeady really has the potentiall to be class imo .. any time weve brought him on hes terrorised defences and really goes at them very skillfull lad.. gives us a great option and lifts the team sumtimes... id also like to keep Pearson coz i rate him too.also dont hate on Beattie too much that bhoy has got it. wait and see..i would keep all our young players coz we have real quality in most of them... the only 1s i would get rid of is ross wallace and Marshall .

 

All his faults can be fixed on the training pitch, GS got him tracking back and putting in tackles last season, he's learning all the time and he will iron out things like getting his head up more

 

Hope to see the goal against Everton, heard it was a great goal, well done Aiden!
