Celtic travel to Aberdeen on Saturday, hopefully back to our winning ways.....Guidetti who won October's SPFL player of thw month for October will be hoping to add to his goal tally for the season after his fantastic performances so far.

I'm going for a 3-1 win for Celtic

Guidetti first goalscorer. I'll be sticking another 10 spot on that since he's won me it the last 4 games.

Would really like to see Guidetti and Griffiths start up top together. I think Griffiths has deserved it for his attitude when he's not been playing and has been getting 15 and 20 minutes to try and do something.

Grab the win up there and I'll be happy.

I'd also like to see Griffiths start with Guidetti. Is Shooders fit for this one? If so hope he gets some game time and stays injury free.

    Lustig Denayer Van Dijk Izaguirre
    Brown Mulgrew
    Griffiths Johansen Guidetti
    Scepovic

Guidetti doesnt always need to play up front through the middle, he has similar qualities to Stokes and could play the Stokes role on the left, cutting in to shoot and Izaguirre plays like a winger anyway so he's got plenty of chances to get in the box, could also be dangerous arriving at the back post onto crosses from Griffiths or Lustig.

Only thing is Stokes puts in quite a shift chasing back when he plays on the left, Guidetti doesnt really have the legs but Izzy, Johansen, Griffiths and Brown have plenty energy and work-rate.

Imagine suggesting playing Henrik or Hartson or Hooper or Cadete or Pierre on the wing?

Why, suddenly, is it ok to start playing strikers in stupid positions? Griffiths as well, they are strikers that score goals. Put them where there are the best opportunities to do that. Playing one of them slightly further forward of the other, fair enough, sticking them out where they can't do damage? Ridiculous.

I would agree with the starting Guidetti and Griffiths upfront together. I think Leighs earned his chance with what hes done the last few game through sub appearances.

    2-1 Celtic

Rookie error on my part, Henrik could have played in the stand and still became a legend.

Is Broony fit for this by the way? Looked to me like he was playing with a knock last night, his movement was struggled. Don't think we can afford to have him playing through the pain, if he has a knock, bring Kayal in.

It isnt really the "wing", teams dont really play wingers nowadays, wide players now are more like the outside forwards popular really up until the mid 70s like Lennox, Best, Cruyff, Dzajic, Jairzinho, Gento, - nowadays you have Ronaldo, Neymar, Pedro, Sanchez, Lavezzi, Bale, Reus, Muller, Schurrle etc

Griffiths must start. 4-4-2 Griffiths and Guidetti up front, Wakaso and Stokes (if fit) playing out wide

    Gordon
    Matthews Denayer Virgil Izaguirre
    Brown Mulgrew
    Griffiths Johansen Stokes
    Guidetti

That's the team Id play. Rest Lustig and give Griffiths a well deserved start.

What relevance does listing those players have to not playing a Striker on the wing or as an 'inside forward'? :97:

Back in the old days you had; Gerd Muller, Ferenc Puskas, Gabriel Batistuta, Ronaldo Luis Nazario de Lima, Ruud Van Nistelrooy, Andrily Shevchenko, Henrik Larsson. Strikers playing as a striker.

That list has * all to do with anything as well though, other than proving I can make pointless lists.
