    Just noticed that the channel Premier Sports on Sky which is like the new Setanta has got the 2nd leg of the Utrecht match live:

    the new setanta? thought espn was the new setanta? is this another football channel we're going to be asked to fork out for?

    What I mean by the new Setanta is that it is apparantly run by a couple of guys who ran Setanta, I know previously they only showed NRL, GAA & League of Ireland coverage which Setanta still had live rights to but they have been looking to get more live rights to other sports, I saw that Setanta has live coverage of this game in Ireland so I would imagine also we will have the Irish presenters and commentators like is the case with the League of Ireland coverage. It is not the best channel though to be broadcasting the match in my opinion given that it is only available on Sky & also £6.99 a month when the other content they show won't interest some Celtic fans.

    Also doubt this will go down well with those affected by Setanta's collapse, will they really want to give money to the very guys that ripped them off just to see one match! imagine a lot will just tune into live streams as is the guys when there is no live coverage.

    To my knowledge yes, apparantly it was a free-to-air channel originally but since last Thursday has been subscription. I will also emphasise it is a GB-only channel, people in Ireland will see the match on Setanta.

    As has previously been said there is no live TV coverage of the first leg in the UK & Ireland, only live coverage of that is Channel67 which I'm sure people will stream off, can't find any details of any highlights/delayed broadcasts there may be some out there though.
