McDonald and Samaras dont like each other?

i can see where they are coming from seems like mcdonald isnt happy with samaras's lazy style of play. In the interview after falkirk game samaras was saying how them two are starting to link up together better and mcdonald didnt seem to be much interested il try and find the link:

lookin at it now it doesnt look that bad.

hopefully they can get on though, some good link play between them in recent weeks also, they get the goals and we dont hear much so not like they hate each other

 

didnt know that!?Seems abit childish of skippy to "scold sammy after he scored the 2nd against utd".Hopefully it will all work out though but i don't really care if they hate each other as long as they work and do the business on the pitch that's all that matters.

Three points.

First since Samaras has come he has scored more goals than Skippy in fewer games by quite a margin.

Secondly, Skippy is from Melbourne, the place is crawling with Greeks. I have heard of many Aussies who resent them seeing them as lazy and crafty, Skippy would not be the first. This would also account for his jibe at Samaras being Lazy.

Thirdly - and most bizarrely, Samaras turned down the chance to play for the Aussie national team. His father and grandfather, both completely Greek happened to be born in Australia and despite Samaras being born in Crete, the Aussies wanted him bad at the time and he was eligible.

 

you think thats why they dont get on i think they get on but dont see them as being best of friends.

Seem to celebrate, congratulate together after goals, skippy gets frustrated with anyone/everything hes just that type of guy. Its being read into to much and is * stiring.

 

Lol, no those are not my real reasons, just facts. Secretly I believe Skippy is simply jealous of Samaras. However he has no reason to be. He is a great striker, of the same value as Samaras when in form, if not higher. His attitude is simply australian. As charming and seductive as a dustbin full of fallopian tubes in a hospital car park. Samaras on the other hand spends a big proportion of his wages on his hair, of course there will be problems.

 

I think that this relationship is being read into too deeply.

Skippy is a moaning little * no matter who plays beside him whether its Bambi JVOH or Sammy. Its just the way that he operates.

Once they get the goals I dont care about their friendship or lack of it

I have two teammates that will mouth off at each other in matches, f ing and blinding at who should be doing what and what should have happened in such an instance.

But they respect each other and watch any of the opposition start with either of them, the other will be straight across to "deal with it". You'll find the manager regularly trying to calm both of them down all the way through matches

Its not the same thing as them but as long there is an underlying respect for teammates, barking at each other isnt a real issue.

Sammy could react by giving it back but I reckon that he understands that its heat of the moment stuff and if he doesnt like something that was said, he'll say it to Skippy at HT or FT.

Wouldn't read to much into that during a match your going to shout at your teammates it happens doesn't mean there is any hate in that.
