Wat a show by Lenny, he showed he is the man for captain tonight, was well impressed how he controlled the bhoys! he even was understanding to wee Aiden when he messed up, giving the bhoys confidence! well in, pity he never scored, but theres another chance in 10 days lol!

 

Lenny was superb, was breaking down plays left right and centre. I think I counted Naka making 4 or 5 tackles as well!!!!

 

could've been 4 or 5 if our finishing was on top form but we won so hailhail!!!

just back and what a match ,we were great but rangers made it easy for us,maloney was top class and so was lennon and its good 2 see naka putting in a few tackles, big credit to mo camara he took some heavy tackles and we were singing mo mo super mo, but the best part was to see one wee union jack when we raised our scarfs for never walk alone,i think the huns left there voices in the house ,hail hail

saw him on parkinson last week alongside gordon ramsay. was class, they bantered about football for a bit.

also saw him on tv at some horse racing thing a while ago. he was asked on camera who he thot would win the next race, he said "look mate i dont have the foggiest but celtic are the best team in the world! celtic celtic!!!!"

We just get better with every game and the football we are trying to play is very pleasing. Only down side i see s that a few of the lads aren't up to carrying out the managers wishes, but you can't say any of our players didn't give 100 percent. Do you think eck can say the same?.

Celtic got the result tonight and deserved, we may have not played to our best but we still passed that ball around as the huns watched. They didn't know what to do, Shaun maloneys strike was incredible. Mcleish was thinking goals like that were gone with henrik lol. Great atmosphere the night bhoys loved every minute of it, when the huns tried to get loud we started chantin your 4th in the spl and they shut up lol. Roll on next saturday will be there again to see these * get hammered

 

Seemed to me Rangers only game plan tonight was to stop Celtic playing, and maybe do a bit of damage limitation.
Can't remember such an inept rangers team.
I thought we won the game easily, it was always a matter of when we were going to score, but I also felt that the team can easily step up another couple of gears for the league clash, the Huns must be * themselves!
Just have to hope we don't get any injuries from this weeks meaningless friendlies!!! Roll on the 19th!!!

I thought we got very lucky. Rangers were crap and we couldn't nail them to the cross. Maloney's goal was a good shot but Klos's positioning made it look good. Boruc would have been over waiting to catch a shot like that. The second was another Klos mistake. Mo Camara needs Crossing Classes, runs up and down that line but cant cross to save himself. We would be exposed at the back in Europe, loads of room for improvement. It will be the league game that decides McLeish's future
